About LiftX
It started with a phone call between two pilots.
LiftX Aviation is a full-service aviation company. Aircraft management, detailing, charter, and brokerage, nationwide.
How we got here
Two pilots, one standard.
The phone call was about a frustration every owner eventually meets. The people trusted with an aircraft on the ground, cleaning it, scheduling it, selling it, too often have never flown one. They see a machine on the ramp. A pilot sees everything that has to be right before it flies.
So we built the company we wished existed. Our first sale was a charter, arranged the way we would arrange it for ourselves. The rest grew around it: management, detailing, brokerage. Four services, one team, and a single standard behind all of it, the one we hold ourselves to in the cockpit.
We treat every aircraft the way we treat the ones we fly. Because to us, there is no other kind.
The founders
Pilots first. Everything else follows.

Kaleb Phillips
Chief Executive Officer
Instrument-rated private pilot. Holds a Bachelor's in Aviation Management with an emphasis in Flight Operations Management, and an MBA, alongside the FAA WINGS distinction, the Certified Member designation from the American Association of Airport Executives, and FAA Part 107 remote pilot certification. His flight-operations background guides the standards LiftX holds for professionalism, safety, and aircraft care.

Gavin Dillon
Chief Operating Officer
Private pilot with an instrument rating. Has completed FAA WINGS Phase 2 safety training, holds FAA Part 107 remote pilot certification, and maintains OSHA training credentials. Authorized and factory trained by System X for aviation, and a Lake Country certified polisher. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Aviation, expected May 2027. He brings that operational knowledge to how every LiftX service is planned and run.
Where this is headed
The long way point.
LiftX was never only a business plan. The long-term vision is to use aviation, and everything this company builds, to support mission work abroad. That chapter has not started yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. But it shapes the decisions we make now, and it is why the standard matters so much to us. We are building something meant to carry further than ourselves.
