Introduction
LiftX Aviation, Inc. ("LiftX," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of our clients, aircraft owners, charter passengers, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.
This policy applies to liftxaviation.com and to the personal information we collect in the course of providing aircraft detailing, aircraft management, aircraft brokerage, and charter brokerage services.
By using our website or engaging LiftX for any service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and contact us before engaging our services.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit a contact form, request a charter quote, or engage us for services, we collect the information you choose to give us. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, and any details you include in your message. Charter inquiries may also include departure and destination airports, travel dates, and passenger counts.
Aircraft information. For clients engaging our detailing, management, or brokerage services, we collect aircraft registration numbers, make and model, year, serial number, color and livery, based location, insurance carrier information, and maintenance and service history.
Service records. We create and retain work orders, pre-service inspection forms, service notes, and photographs documenting the condition of aircraft before, during, and after service.
Payment information. When you pay for services, billing details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. LiftX does not store complete payment card numbers on its own systems.
Website hosting logs. This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies of any kind. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical server logs when any website is visited, including IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These logs are used only to operate the site and protect it against abuse.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, biometric data, or precise device geolocation from website visitors.

How We Share Your Information
LiftX does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share information only in the following circumstances:
Service providers. We use third parties to operate our business, including a website host and form provider, a payment processor, and accounting software. These providers may process your information only as needed to perform services for us and are bound by their own privacy obligations.
Charter operators. When you book a charter through LiftX, we share passenger names, contact information, and trip details with the certificated Part 135 air carrier operating the flight, and with any FBO or ground handler as required to complete the trip. This sharing is necessary to perform the service you requested.
Legal and regulatory. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental authority, or where we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of LiftX, our clients, or others.
Business transfers. If LiftX is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
FAA registry lookups. Aircraft registration numbers may be cross-referenced against the FAA Civil Aviation Registry, which is a public database. This is a lookup of public records and does not involve disclosing your personal information to the FAA.
Cookies and Analytics
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising technologies, or cross-site tracking of any kind on our website. Because we set no cookies, we do not present a cookie consent banner. If we ever adopt analytics or any technology that tracks visitors, we will update this policy before deploying it.
Data Storage and Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encrypted transmission of data submitted through our website, access controls limiting client information to authorized personnel, and confidentiality obligations binding our team members and contractors.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services and to satisfy our legal, tax, and business obligations.
Aircraft service records, work orders, and inspection documentation are retained for a minimum of seven years, which supports both our records obligations and the resolution of any dispute regarding work performed. Financial and tax records are retained as required by applicable law. Contact form submissions that do not lead to an engagement are retained for a shorter period and then deleted.
When information is no longer required, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
